Policies
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment. Payment must be made via e-transfer to confirm booking.
Grace Period:
A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show or late cancellation. Late cancellation policies will apply.
If you anticipate being a few minutes late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Deposits:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment without penalty.
For appointments with deposits:

If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.

Deposits can be transferred a maximum of two times when rescheduling with proper notice. After two changes, a new deposit will be required.
For returning clients (no deposit):

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.

This fee must be paid before rebooking.
Fills, Aftercare, and Retention:
Proper after is essential for long-lasting results. Failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by myself affect retention and overall results. Touch-up services will not be offered for retention issues caused by improper aftercare.
Fills are typically required every 2-3 weeks. If more than 50% of the lashes are gone, a full set will be required.
Health & Hygiene:
Please reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell and/or have any contagious conditions. I reserve the right to refuse service if a client arrives showing signs of illness.
Guests:
Guests are not permitted in the lash room during service. If someone accompanies you, they are welcome to wait in the front waiting area.
Please keep in mind that lash appointments can take a significant amount of time, so your guest may prefer to plan accordingly or return once your appointment is finished.
Payment & Refunds:
Final payment is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: e-transfer and cash.
All services and products are subject to HST.
